EU1 and EU2 explained

This division was originally introduced by Steam and suggests that prices for each country in the group (EU1 or EU2) are the same. This does not apply to other stores, where prices for EU1/EU2 countries may vary from what you see on our website!

We use data from Germany to cover prices of EU1 region (applies to all stores except for Origin)

We use data from Poland to cover prices of EU2 region (applies to all stores except for Origin)

We use data from Ireland to cover prices of EU1 and EU2 regions in Origin Store.

Other comments

  • Irish prices from Origin are also used in the following regions: Belgium, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland.
  • The prices of Gamersgate store in Sweden are incorrectly displaying in Euro currency. We are currently unable to obtain prices in Swedish Crowns due to unresolved problems with Gamersgate feeds.
  • Given the above exceptions, the prices for each store in the remaining 18 regions should be correct. We download them seperately for each region.
  • Gamesplanet store is featured 3 times in our pricetracker. This is because all 3 regional stores (UK, France and Germany) are available worldwide and you can simply pick one which offers lowest price of the desired product.
